Nation

The exotic music collective was established by two
composers/musicians/producers/engineers/singers-­songwriters namely
Tshegofatso "Tazzy" Lehutso, born & bred in Ekhurhuleni (East of Johannesburg) & Victory "Vic" Chauke from Pretoria West, South Africa. Muz'art was established in 2009 with the initiative to create timeless & soul piercing music for a new age. The elements of the sound is influenced by the musical backgrounds that all the band members entail of Jazz, Soul, Afro-­pop & Gospel.
Apart from the two above mentioned members,
the group has two more members namely, Rorisang "Rori" Thandekiso who is the bands          
Lead vocalist from Vaal,and Nkanyiso "Nka" Khanyile who is
the deejay in the band from the South of Johannesburg

Muz'art does work with both accomplished and up and coming artists, forever
keeping the element of surprise in their experimental production. Bound to make the best
music they possibly can out of the African heart, Muz'art has a lot to offer to the masses.
Muz’art shared a stage with Zakes Bantwini, AKA and DJ Kent at the “Music And Me Event”
by Dineo Ranaka (YFM radio personality). One of their singles ‘Jukebox’ held the number one
title in theYFM music charts (various shows) for more than three months consecutively.
What comes next from the group will always be unpredictable & a mystery but will forever resonate & speak to the souls of music lovers throughout the world.Muz'art is a lifestyle, a movement expressed through music. It is a production team of talented young artists that produce timeless sounds that cross the boundaries of age, culture & race. It is an institution
that reinforces the powers of sound & instruments. The Muz'art sound is inspired by
Louie Vega, Sergio Mendez, Fela Kute & locally inspired by Jabu Khanyile, Lira, Jimmy Dludlu,
Thandiswa Mazwai, Ray Phiri (Stimela) & Caiphus Semenya
