Geoff Wyld's songs echo the whimsical landscapes of South Limburg. At times breathtaking as a group of blossoming cherry trees in the sun, then suddenly followed by a stormy wind that rises out of nowhere. Indie psychedelica created by catchy guitar melodies, languid but energetic bass lines and heavy beats that are interrupted at their highest point. With quite a few shows and a number of excellent single releases, Geoff Wyld has been able to attract considerable attention outside of Limburg: they were chosen ‘Annemieke’s A-Plaat’ (NPO2), have been played on 3FM, and feature in multiple playlists, like Spotify New Alternative, Independent Music News (UK), Apple Music New Music Daily and The A-List Indie.
