Holons (feat. Doctor Platypus)

Today the JAMuary prompt was to write something in 5/4. I was a little skeptical that I would be able to produce a decent dance loop with five beats to the bar, but I listened to the contributions of a couple other participants and decided not to prejudge, and just gave it a shot. I used a similar process to yesterday to get going, once I figured out how to change the on the Push. I think it turned out pretty well! Because I'm not used to counting five beats, my reflexes weren't much help, and in both breakdowns I missed the cue, resulting in them stretching out an extra bar. But it wasn't bad enough to throw away the whole performance which -- remember -- is meant to be just a preliminary sketch anyway.
