These tracks were written at the height of spiral into depression and anxiety. I was confused, hurt, over whelmed, and about to fall for someone who was not ready or willing to catch me. It was an interesting time to say the least. I can now reflect and express gratitude and appreciation for what the experience taught and how I've grown as a woman, as an individual as a result.
