We wanted to get back to basics, back to the fundamentals of deep house. SANCTIFY is that series, showcasing the greatest deep house DJs on Earth &mdash; the adept practitioners who believe in the mysterious and awesome spiritual power of deep house music.

After a 6-month hiatus from uploading mixes, we are extremely pleased to bring you 030 of the U.K Hun? podcast series, with DimSum Records resident, Steamy Bumplings, supplying the flavours.

Steamy has made serious strides since his emergence during lockdown which has seen him represent for DimSum at highly regarded London venues such as the Pickle Factory, The Lion & Lamb and the Cause, hold down a residency alongside VSVN on Voices Radio and take his signature sound to clubs across the UK in Nottingham, Leeds and most recently Inverness!

For our 30th instalment, Mr Bumplings provides us with a smooth, eclectic journey through his House and Garage collection, keeping things Steamy and Bumpy from start to finish. Plenty of slick selections and silky blends in this one featuring tunes from Tom Churchill, Duowe & Picasso, Ease Up George, Jeremy Sylvester, Y-Tribe and DJ Pipe.

Frenchy keeps busy on the underground house scene with residencies at the legendary Back to Basics in Leeds, Body MVMT in London and Beatnick Collective in Manchester, as well as being a regular at Gottwood Festival and part of the programming at The Lion & Lamb. He is an avid vinyl collector for over 20yrs and ran The Garage nightclub and Waxwerks Records in Leeds, so safe to say he has a few hidden gems up his sleeve. With a very broad taste he likes to cross styles when he DJ’s and is equally as at home playing a 6am after hours as he is smashing out a main slot, or even playing a full on disco set under his Disco Till I Die guise.

Sandy Hagenbach aka Dr Banana is Bristol based UKG enthusiast, DJ and label owner responsible for unearthing and reissuing lost gems from back in the day, as well as pushing producers still making the sound today on his label Dr Banana.

Growing up in the Ashdown Forest with little access to clubs Sandy spent his formative years going to free parties in the forest playing UK white label culture music which is where he got the bug. The label has released music from the likes of Sully, DJ Clouds, DJ Deller and many more.

For Sandy's International Tribe Mix he plays mainly from his garage vinyl collection as well as a couple of unreleased bits and forthcoming tracks from the label.
