Karen Newsum and the Alabama Harmony recorded their initial song, Pee Wee The Christmas.  The music and the vocals and the message touches each other so softly, that song becomes a real joy.  Hope you find it that way.  The moral to the song is do not give up on your dreams.  Pee Wee didn't and he ended up making children happy which was his goal in life.

At the grand old age of 85, I have been writing for 53 years.  Never had a hit, but never quit.  Each day I write something if only a title, as God continues to give me strength to move forward.  And I still believe I an only one word or one note away from the best song I have ever had.  My latest song is The Higher The Mountain and relates to all the problems I have encountered over the past 10 years.  Survived a heart attack, my oldest song headed for heaven, am currently fighting my third battle with cancer, and recently developed diabetes.
My wife is needing more of my time everyday.  So, I am thank to God the strength he provides me to do the tasks I have a hand.  What a wonderful God we serve.
