Missing a disk in his spine when he was born sent him naturally on a quest ! Since then he's been digging hard to find records for the love of music. Organizing his first underground rave party in 1992, he's been promoting and playing at parties all around the globe, playing at some very exclusive spots in Paris and London like the Murano and Kube hotels, la Terrassa, Follow The White Rabbit in Paris and Hakkasan, Sketch, Trapeze in London. He's been lucky to rock Cannes movie festival, Calvi on the Rocks and Horizon festival in Bulgaria. He’s now back in France around Bordeaux, playing for the Iboat and you can find him every week at Sous la Robe in Saint Émilion or on the beach during the summer at La Cabane de Lespecier, . His music is groovy, funky, colourful and uplifting.

Track description:

Following his remix for Andreas Rund [HEAR0050] and a track alongside Fabio Me Llaman Soltero on our annual compilation [HEAR0052], we warmly welcome back Ant to the house.

HEAR0054 is entitled Serena, and has two main reasons to be - aside from being a pure showcase of Ant sound mastercraft - a very special one. Firstly, Serena is a tribute and a homage by Ant to his wife. 
Secondly, it is A-Tweed’s first released material, especially imagined and conceived as club-oriented for banging the dancefloors all around. Contending basses, neighboring EMB and Disco, the sound proposed by Ant is refreshing and dark, it is a proper demonstration of stimulating dance music.


Serena Wants To Swim With Sharks is a sinister dive into the open ocean, with energetic basslines and cosmic melodies as fillers of your air bottle. The track progressive build up prepares the listener for a journey to the club-side of A-Tweed’s universe.
