I got to know Laurel (@silver-side-pony) via the growing bin website. Always loved their picks from the bin and so I got curious. Then I heard one of Laurels mixes and was sold. I am superhappy to share this almost 4 hour long sandwich with you... now handing over the keyboard. 
"Laurel hails from the rural North Island (Te Ika-a-Māui) of Aotearoa, New Zealand. They enjoyed a few years observing Pōneke (Wellington)’s rambunctious and delightfully strange music scene at venues like Puppies and the revered Camp a Low Hum, before moving to Berlin.
This mix is the result of many quiet lockdown nights trawling bandcamp, deep dives into the (Growing) Bin, and excavating their record collection. Winding in and out of new music and old gems over 3.5 hours, the mix reflects their unease and excitement of heading back to parties after a long break. Laurel made sure to include some old well-trodden favourites, doing a big middle finger to the pressure to play new and “rare” tracks at every single outing.

Liudas Lazauskas has been an active member of the Lithuanian nightlife scene for more than ten years. Under his Roe Deers’ moniker he's a regular at the infamous Opium club and other local hot spots in Vilnius . Since then, he’s been pushing the boundaries and exploring the uncharted territories with the different shades of dirty electronic music via Omnidisc, Turbo, Nein Records and Throne Of Blood.
"Trident" is his next offering and features C.A.R. on vocals. 
The single is murky and hypnotic leaving the listener to want more..

The sounds of Apollon Telefax it’s 80's and started from Italo Disco, capturing the best of early Electro, turning into EBM stabbing beats like knives and ending with trance sounds.
Pavel has digital and vinyl releases on Calypso Records, Hard Fist, Whypeopledance (Lithuania), Fauve Records (Hong Kong/France)

Nicola and Pavel met through the Mexican label Calypso Records and common love for the Yamaha DX7.
They formed a friendship and decided to do a few tracks together.

Drawing the night in around his private, unnerving vigil, Ellis Swan returns to Quindi Records with an album of cracked beauty and haunted balladry. The Chicago-based singer-songwriter debuted on the label last year with a collaborative project called Dead Bandit, a vividly produced instrumental set in thrall to the badlands and a laconic, languid Americana.
Under his own name, Swan records intimate, poetic songs in a stark fashion, so fragile they might disintegrate in between your fingers were you to pick them up. He draws the microphone close to pick up every whisper and drags the music through layer upon layer of tape fuzz, leaving room for atmospheric impressions which loom out of the walls like the ghosts of past misdeeds. These pieces play on the natural distortion and delirium which occurs at the farthest end of the night – the hour before dawn might hope to break the veil of darkness.
Swan’s is a hauntological sound, but like the late Israeli rockabilly icon Charlie Megira his process strikes a spooked tone past revivalism and out of time or place. The only anchor which places Swan anywhere is the subtle presence of Katherine Swan providing lyrics to ‘3am’ and lyrics and backing vocals to ‘It Could Be Worse’.
The impression cast is of one man and his guitar, but there are other textures tucked into the music – the muffled murmur of a drum machine or a low frequency organ hum, some desolate piano, other treated percussive impulses which might well have been the work of incidental sprites while the four-track was rolling.

Back from the wave is probably the most personal project of Fred Rodrigues-Carreira, French artist ,Dj, and Electronic music producer since twenty years. Influenced by new and Cold wave music and early post-punk bands like Depeche mode , New Order , Norma Loy , Joy Divison or Talking heads but also by the beginning of Acid House and Détroit techno Fred starts production with only a juno 106, a bass station and a sequencer. He started on two French techno labels, Goodlife (The Hacker and Oxia) and Scandium records (Delon and Dalcan). He will also explore all the musical specters under several aliases with different artistic projects. Passionate and curious about music, he naturally becomes Dj and performs in France and abroad.  His production are always dedicated to the dance floor , combining Electro , Techno , Syntwave, like his Dj sets .  Since 2018 Back From The wave has been releasing music on different labels such Ritmo Fatale , Critical Monday , Nein Records or Esthetique Records. The Back From the Wave project is a tribute to all the artists and music that influence Fred today.
