A warm welcome back to our boy, George Marshman. This time the rising star from Nottingham delivered three proper banger tracks.
The ep name is given by the first track "Workaholic". Here the pressing and repetitive vocal and the speedy groove keeps the listener inside a dancing loop - "I just wanna see you work" - it says.
Inside "I'm bad" we found everything we seek for our releases, 909 toms and hi-hats, analog and old school sounds shaken with that fat bass, if you're not prepared we suggest you shouldn't try this at home.
"Man With A Can" closes the EP, a straight track with a swirling sound, enriched by complex drums with claps working as main element in the breaks.

We are very excited to present the volume one of our "Acid Gems" various artists compilation. Niceteed, Josh Coakley, Hyyken and George Marshman with their productions make it possibile :*

"Internal Error" opens the compilation, a perky track dominated by the acid line that fits perfectly with the fat and swollen bass on well articulated 909 drums. Hi-hats pungent and repeated wisely as claps and rides.
"Technotronic" is a raw acid track, we think it would be perfect in a forest rave, the synth plays straight and pulls you and keeps you glued to the dancefloor like few tracks can. Before playing it make sure you have the right soundsystem!
"Around" closes the VA in a proper way, the fat-acid bassline keep us in a loop that seems to follow the cutoff on the acid line. What banger!

Hailing from Derby,  George has made a name for himself within the Midlands. and further afield. 
With his debut EP 'Never Stop' on UK heavyweights Solid. Grooves, which reached top 10 in the Beatport release charts back in 2018, and a top 3 tech-house release in 2019 on Domus, word soon spread about George, and his distinct sound.
Taking inspiration from artists such as; DJ Deeon, Paul Johnson, Patrick Topping, DJ Assault and more, George has curated a sound which is unique and extremely effective on the dance floors, pushing the boundaries of tech house, encapsulating elements of techno, trance, warehouse and acid house, supplemented with powerful kicks. 
This has gained the recognition of names such as Joseph Capriati, The Martinez Brothers, Jamie Jones, Michael Bibi and many more.
In recent time, he has taken his sound to nightclubs across the UK, with regular appearances at Stealth in Nottingham and global party throwers Solid. Grooves, playing at Studio 338, Printworks, E1, The Warehouse Project and XOYO to name but a few.
