For their next release, Depaart call upon their own Georgeous who is no stranger to the labels deep tendencies. Sticking to what he does best and staying true to his personal style the young producer delivers a brooding and energetic EP. The title track “Trapped” delivers everything we’d expect from Georgeous. Bouncing alongside futuristic stabs and synths the hot enigmatic vocals and vintage organ transpire into an addictive head bobbing club classic.  Featuring remixes from fellow Depaart acts: Gaol, Paul Rudder, and Souldate this EP is sure to be a staple on many dance floors.  First up in the line of remixes we have Gaol, who presents us with a stripped down track while adding some a hyper-retro big beat vibes. Next in line, Paul Rudder takes the track to an even deeper head–bobbing journey. While focusing heavily on the vocals and percussion, Paul seems to have kept things quite minimal. Finally to close out the EP we are left with Souldate’s stellar remix. With heavy emphasis on the hats and classic bass while slowly building up the beginning portion of the track were finally greeted by that “classic” organ and a explosive house drop guaranteed to get people moving.

The Madrid-based Depaart imprint returns this March with its fifth release, 
ʻLoose Feelinʼʼ by Georgeous, backed with remixes from Evan Iff and 
Sidechains.

Depaart launched in 2012 with releases from label-heads Moliner and 
Georgeous, picking up support from the likes of DJ Deep, 6th Borough Project, 
Wolf Music and Iron Curtis to name a few. The imprint delivers cutting edge 
contemporary house music veering in to the deep end. This release marks the 
fifth release for the label and again shows its tasteful approach towards 
electronic music is not to be looked over.

The release opens with title track ʻLoose Feelinʼʼ here, starting with a vacillating 
synth line, noisy sweeps and sporadic vocal chops. This builds for several 
minutes before punchy, shuffling drums are introduced alongside a tight blend 
of warm pads, heavily manipulated vocal snippets and profound background 
depths such as elongated delays subtly tucked away in the mix adding to the 
weight of the track.

Next up is Large Music artist, Evan Iffʼs remix of ʻLoose Feelinʼʼ, veering the cut 
into peak-time territory with a heady, acidic bass-line acting as the driving force. 
Swinging 909 drums run alongside the ever-evolving hook, while an ethereal 
pad and bright synth chords create a beautiful melodic movement to glide 
around the insistent groove. The result is classic deep house oozing with class 
and warmth. Following on remix duties is Sidechains, with another remix of 
ʻLoose Feelinʼʼ, taking things into early house mode with bright, fluttering pad 
lines, an arpeggiated synth line and a resonant, elastic bass-line being the 
prominent elements. The Spanish producer builds an intense dynamic with an 
ever-evolving feel structurally and baroque changes being introduced 
throughout the tracks eight-minute duration.

Closing the release is ʻLimerenceʼ, a raw house cut employing loose, organic 
percussion and a warbling house stab to create a simplistic yet effective rolling 
groove. Georgeous applies subtle, drawn-out delays on the synthesized 
elements to create a dubby, bubbling feel. Spoken word vocal lines sit in the
background during the breaks while a penetrating arp-line is thrown into the 
focal point of the track to further fuel its energy.

From Depaart’s latest comes the ultimate project that rises from the partnership between two of its own artists, Souldate and label head Georgeous. The fruit of their first collaboration, "Modern Buzz EP", received heavy support from crowds on the dancefloor as well as top artists such as Tough Love or Oliver Heldens,and ensures a very promising future. With this release Depaart continues its rise towards a respectable presence in the national underground scene.

With his previous EP "Loose Feelin’", Georgeous has shown his ability to create melodic, deep sounds that rely on a flowing progession of bass and loops, maintaining an appetite for the dance floor thanks to its contagious groove. His latest work, "Trapped EP", plays tribute to the 90s House sound with a minimalistic bassline, soulful vocals and funky groove.

Souldate finds his influences in the sounds of Chicago and deep, jackin’ house. Since being signed to Depaart, he has gone on to release on many other hugely respected labels in the country such as Alma Soul and Malo Records. Souldate has delivered exquisite work in the past, his EP "Dreaming" offers a distinct crossover of warm production along with hypnotic voices swirling around pulsating rhythms.

Georgeous and Souldate have both made a huge impact with their retaining attitude and distinct styles, holding residency at Goya Social Club, a venue whose  reputation is growing stronger in the capital’s deep house scene, and that has brought to the decks artists such as Blonde, The Magician, Jax Jones, Jonas Rathsman and Friend Within. Their first production together under the Depaart imprint is "Surfin' the Wave" EP, with two original tracks and a remix at the hand of Víctor Santana. These are compelling tracks that guarantee to erupt every dancefloor.

"Surfin’ the Wave"starts off with a key pattern that makes you groove, until the introduction of sensual voices propel you into a euphoric jack that will make you want to close your eyes and raise your hands in the air like it were summer time and you were surfing that wave of freedom.

"Twist of Lemon" is a track whose retro mood kicks in like a citric cocktail, with a smooth beat,mixed with some heavenly voices and a pinch of groove it creates the perfect blend for a good dance floor shaker.

The remix by Víctor Santana adds a techno touch to the track, rearranging the original’s voices and adding a dose of darkness with a kinetic bassline. He is not only well known for his unique productions style, that is 100% analogue, but also for setting up his own record label Chaval Records.

The Madrid-based Depaart imprint returns this March with its fifth release, 
ʻLoose Feelinʼʼ by Georgeous, backed with remixes from Evan Iff and 
Sidechains.

Depaart launched in 2012 with releases from label-heads Moliner and 
Georgeous, picking up support from the likes of DJ Deep, 6th Borough Project, 
Wolf Music and Iron Curtis to name a few. The imprint delivers cutting edge 
contemporary house music veering in to the deep end. This release marks the 
fifth release for the label and again shows its tasteful approach towards 
electronic music is not to be looked over.

The release opens with title track ʻLoose Feelinʼʼ here, starting with a vacillating 
synth line, noisy sweeps and sporadic vocal chops. This builds for several 
minutes before punchy, shuffling drums are introduced alongside a tight blend 
of warm pads, heavily manipulated vocal snippets and profound background 
depths such as elongated delays subtly tucked away in the mix adding to the 
weight of the track.

Next up is Large Music artist, Evan Iffʼs remix of ʻLoose Feelinʼʼ, veering the cut 
into peak-time territory with a heady, acidic bass-line acting as the driving force. 
Swinging 909 drums run alongside the ever-evolving hook, while an ethereal 
pad and bright synth chords create a beautiful melodic movement to glide 
around the insistent groove. The result is classic deep house oozing with class 
and warmth. Following on remix duties is Sidechains, with another remix of 
ʻLoose Feelinʼʼ, taking things into early house mode with bright, fluttering pad 
lines, an arpeggiated synth line and a resonant, elastic bass-line being the 
prominent elements. The Spanish producer builds an intense dynamic with an 
ever-evolving feel structurally and baroque changes being introduced 
throughout the tracks eight-minute duration.

Closing the release is ʻLimerenceʼ, a raw house cut employing loose, organic 
percussion and a warbling house stab to create a simplistic yet effective rolling 
groove. Georgeous applies subtle, drawn-out delays on the synthesized 
elements to create a dubby, bubbling feel. Spoken word vocal lines sit in the
background during the breaks while a penetrating arp-line is thrown into the 
focal point of the track to further fuel its energy.
