Recorded at around 06:20 (ACDT) near Long Point, Coorong National Park. Singing Honeyeaters (Gavicalis virescens) are one of the first species to call before dawn, often in duet. (The vehicle heard in the distance to the right is the fisherman who can be heard in the following recording.)

No processing. 96/24 wav to 48/24 flac. (The constant low frequency background sound is the signature sound of the Coorong: the sound of the open ocean as filtered by a 130 kilometre (81 mile) barrier of high and wide sand dunes enclosing a saltwater lagoon of equal length. The Coorong lifeworld exists within this incessant enwombing sound. This unedited and unprocessed recording (from an unattended overnight recording) runs from 05:16 to 06:56. It was recorded at a location about 315 metres from the shore of the Coorong lagoon, at the nearest point, and about 3.5 kilometres from the ocean shore, at the nearest point, on the far side of the dunes that enclose the lagoon, from which the eternal environing ‘Coorong roar’ emanates.

The spring dawn chorus recorded in the heart of the Forêt des Cèdres du Luberon. This cedar forest is one of the most unusual of the forests and green spaces of the Luberon massif, given the oriental origin of these large trees. At an altitude of 727 metres, the cedar forest was originally planted with seeds from the Algerian Middle Atlas back in 1861. Due to it's altitude and distance from major towns and roads, the forest is very quiet and makes for a perfect recording location.

Move 37 owes its signature groove to a double bass loop recorded by friend and fellow musician LeMudz. The warm and wooden sound of the instrument withstands a whole barrage of artificial pads and bleeps courtesy of Korg's MS-20, building up momentum before dissolving into a both desolate and massive climax. The title of the track is a reference to Google's AlphaGo computer program beating one of the world's best Go players in a move that many commentators considered to be wholly unique and original, unlike anything human players did before.
