Luana Pinheiro aka Luxiie is from Ponte Nova in the interior of Minas Gerais, she is the first music producer and DJ of Drum And Bass in the state of Minas Gerais, becoming the pioneer among women in this style. He moved to Belo Horizonte to deepen his studies in music, especially in the area of ​​Recording and Music Production.

She is a complete artist, in addition to being a multi-instrumentalist, she is a music producer, composer and also DJ, has a very wide musical experience. On stage, the artist has played at parties and events that have a great influence on the Belorizontina underground scene, such as Encontros Urgentes, Resistencia Junglist, Carnaval Kings Of Streets, Rua Do Bass, B-Club and Nujazz no Parque.

He has also performed in downtown Belo Horizonte during the Virada Cultural BH 2019, participated in some projects such as Boiler and Bass, Programa Junto e Mixado da Rádio UFMG Educativa, from São Paulo to lives Lab Live and Smashing Livestream, in addition to having a mix at Debri FM (Russia).

In our Drum In Braz Podcast, Luxiie came to show some of his selection loud and clear, with great mixes, bringing a very heavy mix.

Bangers Set

Hailing from Rarotonga, and still deeply rooted in the culture that shaped her, George.E (Georgie) spent much of her early life immersed in dance and movement; first jumping behind the decks under the watchful eye of Bevan Bassix, it wasn't long before she was fine tuning her own sound.
While George.E’s sound is rooted in heavy Neurofunk and Rollers, her fluid genre-bending abilities mean that set-to-set, her sound can vary markedly. A recent discovery of her love for liquid has influenced her style, showing that George.E’s skill expands much further than the limiting labels placed on her within the scene.

If rising the ranks was a competition, George.E would be a sure contender. In her limited time as a selector she has played support for local and international heavyweights - some of whom were her inspiration for getting involved initially - supporting  artists such as Dimension, Zombie Cats, Benny L, Inja, Hybrid Minds, The Upbeats, Culture Shock, Teddy Killerz, Brookes Brothers, Sub Zero, Millbrook and  State of Mind, 

Looking forward, George.E has taken the next natural step of progression in her musical career, and towards the world of production, with her first track (A collab with Brix) released on 10th September 2021.
