I'd be lying if I said it was easy to play a sunsrise set at burning man... especially at robot heart.  I had to literally help pull an ancient cow statue down from the top of the heart two years ago to be sent to Germany.  It's like I had to do these ancient quests and other sunset sets to be put in the position to play this past burn, so i was not taking that lightly.  By sheer coincidence I found myself in Reno the night before this and drove straight from my set there to the middle of the desert to a gps location at 5:30 in the morning.  I prepared myself for the sunrise; I knew there would be some doubters, but that just made me work harder... oh and I was on acid.  I think it may have been the best dj set of my life so far ..

This lively duo knows that at the end of the night, it’s not where they are from, when they met, or what genre they are that people remember, but rather the vibe and energy that they give off and the way it transforms whatever venue they are playing for. Anyone who has graced the dance floor at Lit Ultrabar, where they hold a residency, can attest that their love of four to the floor beats and their appreciation of a range of genres from tech house to progressive electro combine to take those dancing on a journey to musical euphoria. They take this energy with them wherever they play, whether an open-air day party or dark after hours club, by never planning a set but rather by feeding off of the crowd, the venue, and what they feel inspired to play at that given moment.
