The 96th edition of Juicebox Radio welcomes Juan Pablo Buitrago Amaya - better known as Juan Buitrago from Colombia. Born in the city of Ibagué, Colombia and currently situated in Buenos Aires (Argentina), he started to DJ observing his colleagues and friends, and hence felt the need to place his own ideas in composition. Juan's sound pulls off a combination of complex yet expressive and detailed soundscapes, flowing primarily in the progressive house spectrum and captivating listeners on the dance floor. Having managed to drop music on The Soundgarden, Mango Alley, Deepwibe Underground and many more - braced and supported by Guy J, Eelke Kleijn, Hernan Cattaneo just to name a few, we're ready for Juan Buitrago to take over this episode of our show with an exclusive 70-minute set. Su música se encuentra en conocidos sellos discográficos como One Of A Kind, Club Sonica, Mango Alley, Ryhth, Strangers Beats, 3rd Avenue, entre otros.
Cuenta con el support de Hernan Cattaneo en varias ocasiones, Mariano Mellino, Nick Warren, Ewan Rill y muchos artistas más de la escena actual.

From the bustling streets of Toronto, @amberlong makes waves with her signature sound. Supported by top-tier artists and blessed with a voice that soothes souls near and far, she has charmed audiences across countries such as Australia, the USA, the UK, the Netherlands, Greece, Spain, Qatar, Mexico, Argentina, Jamaica, and throughout her homeland, Canada. She's smashed through the glass ceiling with her music and collaborations, which have been signed to multiple prestigious labels.

Amber's passion for spinning is not limited just there; not only does she travel everywhere but also runs Modern Agenda - an independent label home to producers who are being championed for their work in progressive house and melodic techno.

Amber launched the LIA Series in 2021, a series of guest mixes highlighting up-and-coming female and female-representing artists from around the globe. Amber has also been hosting Frisky Radio's Rogue Radio Show since 2017 and has been involved with the Canadian Juno Awards for many years now.

With music coursing through every vein of hers; it's easy to see why Amber believes in its power to heal us all.

Arno Gonzalez is producing a modern house sound that sometimes ventures into melodic territory close to Electronica, the Angevin artist was first spotted by the Parisian label Missive, then by Timid Records, on which he released his debut album “Encounters”, as well as a number of EPs and remixes...

Today, he is one of the spearheads and leaders of Brique Rouge, David Duriez's label, with whom he is on a mission to perpetuate and reinvent a certain vision of House and Techno music.

With this second album, which marks “the end of innocence”, Arno explodes the codes of his music to better transcend them. We find his inimitable touch, a particular sound that is sometimes minimal, sometimes warm and melodious, a real signature on 13 tracks that tell a real story.

If this is the end of innocence, it's also the beginning of maturity.




Brique Rouge label is a pillar of the French House underground since 1999.

The label continues to disseminate the electronic sound David Duriez believes in, far from formatting and excessive vulgarity. An eclectic electronic sound that remains rooted in the underground and on vibe above all.  In general, the team's artists benefit from a carte blanche, and it's above all the state of mind that counts. The label isn't looking for success, it's a success. The success of being able to release music without compromise. With one release a week on platforms since 2020, the label (and its divisions RZ Muzik & Obliqu3) is seen as a key player on the French underground electronic scene, given the activism it demonstrates.

Faithful to the spirit of this music's beginnings - Acid House, Chicago and New York House, or the power of Belgian or Detroit Techno - the label has been churning out releases for 25 years without ever sinking into cynicism, nostalgia or parody. Brique Rouge has established itself as a key French label for the distribution of emerging and creative artists (known and unknown) who draw their inspiration from the roots of the genre, but also pursue the search for new vibes. Without commercial imperatives, the label innovates and denies itself nothing. No formatting, no time sacrificed on the altar of the platforms of streaming, with Brique Rouge it's not the face of the human behind the machine that is highlighted, but its music.
