The preeminent Muhaddith Sheikh Muhammad Nasir Al-Albani may Allah have mercy upon him is presented with a question regarding the extreme aversion towards polygyny found in some societies despite their obvious need for it as a remedy to their societal problems. The Sheikh gives a clear answer detailing part of the history behind that attitude and clarifying the correct perspective that a Muslim should have towards this matter.
