- Text: The evidence for an-Nadhr (vows) is the saying of Allāh, the Most High, “They fulfil their vows and they fear a day whose evil is widespread.” [Sūrah al-Insān 76:7]
- Explanation of Shaykh al-Fawzān (حفظه الله).
- The meaning of an-Nadhr. 
- Proof that it is binding upon a person to carry out what he has vowed to do (in the obedience of Allāh). 
- The vow of disobedience. 
- Explanation of Shaykh Zayd al-Madkhalī (رحمه الله).
- The impermissibility of directing this act of worship to other than Allāh.
