• {وَقِنِيْ شَرَّ مَا قَضَيْتَ}
wa qinee sharra maa qaḍayt - and protect me from the evil of what You have decreed
- The Decree (Qadr) of Allāh, Good & Bad + Examples
- The Qadā & Maqdiyy
- The Āyah: "Corruption has appeared on land and sea because of what the hands of men have earned, that Allāh may make them taste a part of that which they have done, in order that they may return (by repenting to Allah, and begging His Pardon)" (30:41).

• {فَإنَّكَ تَقْضِيْ وَلَا يُقْضَى عَلَيْكَ}

- Will Allāh be asked about what He does?

• {وَإنَّهُ لَا يَذِلُّ مَنْ وَالَيْتَ}

- Why did we ask Allāh for Wilāyah previously?
- Who is the one who will never be humiliated?

• {وَلَا يَعِزُّ مَنْ عَادَيْتَ}
wa laa ya’izzu man ‘aadayt - and whoever You show enmity towards will never be honoured

• {تَبَارَكْتَ رَبَّنَا وَتَعَاليْتَ}
tabaarakta rabbanaa wa ta’aalayt - Blessed are You, our Lord, and You are exalted far above (any deficiencies).
- What does the ta in tabaarakah mean? The Unique Nature of this word for Allāh
- What does Rabbanā mean in this part of the supplication & what has been omitted?
- The Loftiness & Highness (Uluww) of Allāh in His Essence (Dhaat) & His Description (waṣf)
- An Addition made to this dua by some Imāms, what is the ruling on that?

[30/03/2024] Ramaḍān 1445 reminders - by Abu Khadeejah Abdul Wāhid حفظه الله.

- Ḥadīth # 9: Abū Wāqid al-Laythī (رضى الله عنه) narrated, “Allāh’s Messenger ﷺ said while we were all sitting on a rug, ‘Indeed there will be trials.’ They asked him, ‘How are we to behave O Messenger of Allāh?’ So he returned his hand to the rug and took hold of it tightly and said, ‘This is how you shall behave.’” 
- “Indeed there shall be trials…”
- That which protected the early Salaf and the generations that followed from fitnah and misguidance.
- The reason mankind is filled with hatred for one another and fight each other due to racism, tribalism etc.
- The requirement of submitting to the judgement of Allāh (عز وجل) and His Messenger ﷺ. 
- ‘Abdullāh b. Mas’ūd (رضى الله عنه) on the sufficiency of the revelations (Qur’ān and Sunnah).
- Abūl-‘Āliyah (رحمه الله) on clinging to the affair as it was in the beginning.
- The cure for differing. 
- The true Golden Age of Islām, and that which lead to a decline in the strength of the Muslims.
- The reason the Ṣaḥābah conquered the Persians and Romans in a generation while seventy years of marching in the streets has achieved nothing.

[07/04/2024] Ramadan Night 29 - By Abu Khadeejah at Masjid Salafi.

- Ḥadīth #17: ‘Abdullāh b. ‘Amr al-‘Āṣ (رضى الله عنهما) narrated, “I heard Allāh’s Messenger ﷺ say, ‘Allāh does not take away knowledge by stripping it away from the hearts of the people but He takes it away through the death of the scholars to the point that there does not remain a scholar. Then the people will take as their leaders the ignorant ones. When questions are posed to them they give fatāwā without knowledge, so they go astray and lead the people astray.’”
- ‘Umar b. ‘Abdul-‘Azīz’s [d. 101H] instruction to Abū Bakr b. Ḥazm (رحمهما الله) to write down ḥadīth due to his fear that knowledge will vanish.
- The end result of the disappearance of the scholars and callers to Allāh.
- The extent of the effect of the loss of knowledge.
- The great station of the scholars of the ummah.
- Imām Aḥmad (رحمه الله) on the beautiful effect of the scholars upon the people.
