For this episode we're happy to welcome a relatively new face in the scene, hailing from Lyon, France. Tauceti's humble beginnings as a DJ took place in the Rhône-Alps region, especially Grenoble, where she played her first couple of gigs at the age of 19. Her sound - a mixture of hypnotic sounds, mental atmospheres and rhythms - led her to soon play alongside renowned names such as Paula Temple, VTSS and Kmyle. With her first release on Raär's label Vaerel Records Tauceti is now also putting herself on the map as a producer. With more releases scheduled for this year, we are excited to see what comes next!

Over the past few years, somewhat mysteriously, @Volster has gradually become one of the most noted figures of the Croatian electronic scene, leaving his signature through production, DJing, event organisation and running a label imprint: @secessionrec.

The main subculture Marko was positively exposed to in the 90’s was techno, a style he has been practising for almost two decades now. As he was performing within and outside the Croatian borders, Volster gradually started experimenting and developing his signature textured sound leading him to sing and publish his work across his own labels and others such as Edit Select, @Vakum-Records and @northallsenrecords to name a few. 

To this day, Volster has performed all across Europe ranging from clubs to festivals like Dimensions Festival and Modem Festival which brought him to his most notable appearance and debut performance at @berghain in September 2019.

For this DETECT, he presents us with an exclusive mix.

DJ, producer and promoter, born in Olsztyn, Poland, based in Manchester, UK. Adrian started his journey with electronic music as a teenager through listening and raving in his hometown, after moving to Manchester in his early twenties started DJing and producing various genres of electronic music, under different alias. Since 2021 Adrian started new alias SKZ focused strictly on hypnotic, textured but still very driving techno.
He’s  co-founder of event series, podcast and platform called Refractiøn and label manager of upcoming label ‘’PTL’’ by Polish Techno.logy where he’s also new resident.
Despite short time of a project he already had a pleasure to share a stage with artists like Nørbak, A.Morgan, Flaws or Szmer.

For our second podcast, we'd like to introduce Dan Berg (@dan_berg).

Dan Berg is a versatile techno artist who has been making a name for himself in the underground scene. His style spans from hypnotic and groovy to a more fast-paced hard groove sound. What sets him apart is his use of interesting, distorted percussion, as well as his seamless integration of both older and newer tracks using some tricks along the way. This creates a captivating journey that showcases his distinct musical taste. 

This mix, as he himself mentions, is an excellent representation of his current musical style. Starting out groovier and ending with more hard groove tracks. The inspiration fort this set mainly came from sets heard from Undisclosed, where he also played a while ago.

Alex Schultz a representative of the Odesa techno scene, DJ and producer, resident of the Odessa formation Povitrya.
He debuted as a producer in 2015 on the Dutch label "Planet Rhythm" with his Brain Structure EP.He started his DJ career in 2019, with a local SVORA event. In time,

this event will gain fame, and will be on the rumor not only in Ukraine, but also beyond its borders. He also took part in the Laboratorium summer festival.
He recently debuted at the French label Blocaus. The "Return EP" also features a remix by English producer Setaoc Mass.
Also has a lot of releases on European labels such as Paxis, Trau-ma, Warok, Wall, Alleanza.

Innmenal is a DJ and producer from Pinamar, Argentina. Resident from FAS Producciones he focuses into hypnotic sounds and chaotic rhythms. He has been playing across the Argentinian coastline spreading his sounds characteristics. With continous work and dedication Innmenal's tracks can be found in labels such as Concepto Hipnotico,KPLR, Modern Minimal , Space Travel Records, ROWAN UNDERGROUND, Diffuse Reality. His first album called -Metatron's Cube- was released this year on the Diffuse Reality's Label. Another album was release this year at KPLR "Aegis Of Parallelism".
