En DJ Mag España nos hace muy felices inaugurar nuestra nueva sección #HEADQUARTERS. Recibiremos la visita de artistas -tanto nacionales como internacionales- en nuestras oficinas con el fin de grabar un set exclusivo para DJ Mag España, una iniciativa que nace fruto de nuestra colaboración con la reconocida marca Pioneer DJ.

Pioneer DJ nos ha enviado lo último en tecnología deejay para poder desarrollar este contenido, un setup de lo más envidiable compuesto por una V10, dos CDJ3000 y una pareja de altavoces activos V-70.

Nuestro primer invitado fue el artista barcelonés NO_IP. El productor se ha abierto paso en la industria a pasos agigantados y hoy en día ya es uno de los artistas con mayor progresión en la escena nacional pero también en la internacional. Fourth B2B of the year!! this time with DOC IDAHO. I want to introduce you or second time to this great talented and multifaceted DJ, with a exquisite technic to work in multiples styles. I must to highlight the great and tireless work, with her channel "In House we Trust" and like resident in some radio stations. Is a great pleasure for me to can share with him and with all of you this new Organic House session. I hope you can have a nice and lovely ride through this session. At the age of 5; Doc Idaho discovered his love for music. The first track he got attached to, liked and it was his favorite song was: Upside Down by Diana Ross.

That song had made a noticeable change and pushed him forward. By the age of 7, Doc Idaho managed to put together his first Radio mixtape, which was popular in the family. In the 90’s, he discovered another love for House and Techno music.

He did several mixes and mixtapes such as The Legendary HR3 club nights. At the age of 18 is when he visited the first real club (The Legendary Omen, Constructin Five, Lofthouse Frankfurt, Legendary Aufschwung Ost and Stammheim Kassel) clubs was his second home. In 2000, Doc Idaho started to play with vinyl without help and he kept spinning until 2007 when he took a break.

Doc Idaho returned to the field in 2016 with more fire and passion for music and mixing, and again he started to spin vinyl. Doc Idaho’s passion and love music especially House and Techno keeps gaining until today; he continues to spin Vinyl, Timecode Vinyl/Digital and he won’t stop!

Crys a sorti d'excellents tracks en 2023, et beaucoup sont de vraies chansons telles que "Digital Queen" et "Cherchez le Garçon" avec le chanteur Mark Weld, une reprise d'un classique des années 80. Le maxi inclus un remix de Kiko qui envoi fort, le voici ici en ouverture du mix ! 

En tant qu'organisateur, il a assuré les premières date en France d'un certain Laurent Garnier ! Par la suite, il a organisé d'énormes événements dans les années 90 à Bercy, ou au Zénith avec Jeff Mills, Moby, Prodigy, Richie Hawtin... 

Ses DJ sets sont résolument axés techno mélodique, toujours en harmonie avec ses propres productions. 
Crys L a été très présent avec nous en 2023 pour nos soirées à Paris. Il fera trembler les murs des clubs parisiens en 2024 et pour de nombreuses années à venir !

DJ/Producer Mr Squires (Otres Crew, Cambodia) a World traveller and curator of sounds. His music styles ranging from Melodic House & Techno, Organic House to the slower multicultural grooves of Downtempo.

Having travelled the Worlds music scenes from the US, Australian bush parties, Ibiza, Croatia to Berlin he has seeked out the music he now plays, produces and curates.

He went onto spend six years in Cambodia as a resident DJ for the infamous South East Asian party Kerfuffle Cambodia whilst also studying the art of music production in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Going onto release on German Labels @vision3records and @1103musik

He now runs podcast series from talented artists and producers he has met along the way reflecting his ear for music. His projects include Techno for Breakfast and the S.L.O.K.E Slow Poke Sessions.

His latest project and future label @Lifeorganic is now a radio show and platform for the best of Organic House and Downtempo.

Garnering global support, Melbourne’s JPA holds a slew of house and techno ammo, signing with Hot Since 82’s paramount label Knee Deep In Sound. Recognised for his club-ready catalogue, JPA’s music carries the true sensibilities of a pioneering producer and DJ that’s held the reigns for a decade. Forging ahead on Josh Butler’s Origins RCRDS, Bush Recordings, Visions Music and more, the JPA name is bound with tenacity. 2020 welcomed the refreshing ‘Atmosphere’ EP on Knee Deep In Sound, gaining its peak spot at #12 on the Beatport chart and hailed by the curator himself as an impressive releases on the label.

Still played by the likes of Joris Voorn, Nic Fanciulli, Laurent Garnier, Oxia, Danny Tenaglia, Maceo Plex and Richie Hawtin, the release has paved the way for JPA’s future strides on the label. This set emerges from an inner journey, a path in search of light amidst shadows. In a time where emotions intertwine like deep roots, music has become my way of transforming these feelings into sonic landscapes. Through this session, I wish to convey to those who feel the weight of their own labyrinths the need to seek a space where one can find release and allow energy to renew itself, revealing what lies hidden behind the veil of uncertainty.

Each track has been carefully chosen to weave a narrative that blends the delicacy of organic and ambient sounds with the strength and intensity of Progressive House. This sonic journey was born from my connection with nature during an introspective walk through the native forests of Miramar, Buenos Aires, where the calm and pure energy of the surroundings allowed me to reconnect with my essence. Throughout the set, the sounds evoke the serenity and power of nature, beginning with an introduction that invites the listener to step into a landscape where the soul can breathe deeply and, without fear, explore the unknown.
