Active in the music and fashion business for more than a decade, Simone de Kunovich is associated with some of Milan’s most iconic parties and clubs. His eclectic selection and unconventional taste made him one of the key figures in the local scene as well as an active Dj internationally, with gigs in Berlin, Tel Aviv, Bangkok, New York, Paris, London and more. The upcoming year is gonna see him releasing a series of EPs inspired by his studies of 60/70s European cinema on Superconscious Records, the Australian label managed by Fantastic Man and Francis Inferno Orchestra.

Single handedly re-discovering a myriad of excellent UK Bleep and Breakbeat productions from the vaults of obscurity, we have been after a mix from Anil since this series started. As head honcho of the impeccable "Futhur Electronix" label, Anil continues his quest for the unheard of by bringing old and new music back to life - always with his fine-tuned ears for great production value. He also tells us that this mix consists of 99% unreleased songs, which only goes to underline the rigor of his work.

@myles-mac is perhaps best known as co-founder and curator of trusted electronic music platform and mix series @melbourne-deepcast, but his list of credentials stretches much longer than that. A fixture of Melbourne’s underground for the past decade, Myles has cemented his reputation as a respected DJ and curator through both Melbourne Deepcast and his famed Lost Weekend club nights. His eclectic and diverse selections - both as an individual DJ and as one half of the 90s house duo Project 95 (@proj95) - have meanwhile earned him space on lineups across Australia and overseas. 

While Myles, like many of us, has found a sense of calm in downtempo and ambient music the last few months, in his Patterns of Perception 75 he switches gears. Here, Myles seamlessly fuses some of his favourite fast, spacey techno and energised broken rhythms with moments of pure, atmospheric euphoria. The resulting hour and a half feels like a triumphant return to the club: offering both a brief escape from our current moment and a much needed reminder of the energy that can only be created by a dance floor in full flow.
