About the Track:

'Strangers'

I mainly created this track just to start experimenting with a new sound and have some fun. I started the beat around summer 2023 and knew I had to come back to it at some point since I was in love with the guitar. I'm glad I came back to the demo and finished it because I think the final product turned out pretty neat. I'm super in love with some of the gritty bass tones I tried out in this one.

About the Track:

'I've Been Thinking About You'

As I started nearing towards the end of 2024, I had a lot of reflection when it came to the person I had become due to negative life experiences that were dealt to me a year prior. This song to me captures the regret of who I have become but also is me putting my foot down and taking my power back when it comes to who I truly am underneath all the hurt. This song interpolates iamjakehill's 'Watch Me Wither', one of my favorite Jake Hill songs.

About the Track:

'AMORALMAN'

'AMORALMAN' was originally started in early 2022 when I was eighteen. The instrumental was mostly finished by that point but I remember being stumped when it came to most of the lyrics so I decided to put it on the backburner until I came back to the track very recently. The song lyrically is about trying to fix someone only to come to the conclusion that only they can help themselves. The title is inspired by the book, AMORALMAN by Derek DelGaudio.

About the Track:

'TRENT CRIMM'

Started this one around the end of 2023 and didn't finish it until Christmas day, 2024. 'TRENT CRIMM' was originally started when I was fresh out of a breakup and most of the vocals are the original ones recorded from around that time when everything was still fresh. Ted Lasso was one of the first shows I binged after that breakup so I thought it'd be fun to throw a little nod in the song to that.
