Pluto, der sich zeitgleich mit dem Neumond im Wassermann befindet, verstärkt den Wunsch nach Wandel und Erneuerungen und kann zusätzlich beim Erreichen jeglicher Ziele unterstützen. 
•	Während dieses Neumonds lassen viele aufsteigende Seelen tiefe Generationstraumata und sich wiederholende Zyklen los, was bei einigen zu extremer Müdigkeit und geistiger Erschöpfung führt. 
•	Es ist eine starke rebellische Energie. 
•	Fad und gewöhnlich und “wie gehabt” interessiert jetzt nicht, keine Idee ist zu abwegig, um darüber nachzudenken, keine Frage zu abgefahren, um sie zu stellen. 

Nicht nur die Sonne und der Mond stehen im Wassermann, auch Pluto und Merkur und dann ab dem 13. Februar Mars und ab dem 16. Venus – ein sogenanntes Wassermann-Stellium, das bis zum 11. März andauert. 
•	Dieser Neumond hallt also lange nach. 
•	Dies ist die beste Zeit des Jahres, um die Initiative zu ergreifen, und was wir jetzt beginnen, könnte bis zum nächsten Jahr andauern.

•	Schreibe auf einen Zettel, in welchen Situationen du dich als Opfer zur Verfügung gestellt hast.

Spreche folgenden Text:
1.	Ich erkenne, dass die Schatten des Opfers dazu führten verletzt, verwundet oder besiegt zu werden.
2.	Ich höre auf mich bewusst oder unbewusst vor den Tatsachen zu verstecken, dass ich in Wahrheit erst einmal dem zustimmen musste, bevor ich zum Opfer werden konnte.
3.	Ich höre auf Opfer zu sein, es zu benutzen um das zu tun, was ich will, und das zu lassen, was ich nicht will.
4.	Ich erkenne, Opferhaltung dient dazu, meinen Sinn und meine Fähigkeiten, vor mir selbst zu verstecken.
5.	Ich erkenne, meine Opferrolle investiert in das Ego und hilft Sucht zu befriedigen.
6.	Ich erkenne, es ist meine Anklage an alles und jeden, auch an Gott, dass das Außen alles falsch gemacht hat.
7.	Es ist mein Versuch etwas zu beweisen.
8.	Es ist mein Versuch etwas oder jemand festzuhalten.
9.	Es ist meine Versuch Aufmerksamkeit zu bekommen und Bedürfnisse erfüllt zu bekommen.
10.	Ich erkenne, meine Opferrolle investiert in das Ego und hilft Sucht zu befriedigen.
11.	Ich erkenne, es ist meine Anklage an alles und jeden, auch an Gott, dass das Außen alles falsch gemacht hat.
12.	Ich erkenne, dass ich dies als Vorwand benutze, um mich nicht ändern zu müssen.
13.	Ich gehe in eine höhere Bewusstseinsebene, damit ich nicht länger zum Angriff einlade.
14.	Ich übernehme die Verantwortung für Dein Leben.
15.	Ich weiß, dadurch werden ab jetzt viele Schwierigkeiten in meinem Leben gehen! 
16.	Ich erkenne, die äußeren negativen Erfahrungen möchten mir helfen, in einen Neuanfang zu kommen, mein Glück zu erkennen und zu kreieren.
17.	Ich bin dankbar für die grenzenlose Fülle in mir und die unendlich vielen Möglichkeiten des Lebens. 
18.	Möge Heilung in mir und allen fühlenden Wesen geschehen, indem heilt, was verletzt wurde. So sei es!
