So many stories about Miami have been already told, but one thing is for sure: Miami Winter Music Conference, opening its doors every March together with USA´s Springbreak, serves perfectly as the kick-off event for the upcoming 2014 music trends. The right place for house music lovers from all over the world to join an all-day party with their favorite DJs, at the pool or night-time in the clubs. 

This is the backdrop for Milk & Sugar to release their annual MIAMI SESSIONS compilation, a double mix album with the cream of today´s sunniest house tracks around.

Next to many brandnew exclusive tunes in the typical Milk & Sugar House style on Mix 1, the second Mix this year is featuring an amazing amount of topnames from the deeper side of House. Following their debut single on seminal imprint Enormous Tunes (‘Heat’-African Day out now) the esteemed DJ and producer pair Milk & Sugar return to their own imprint, Milk And Sugar Recordings for their next slice of euphoric house - ‘My Lovin’.

This time round the duo have once again joined forces with Barbara Tucker, the iconic soul singer responsible for classics such as ‘I Get Lifted’, ‘Stay Together’ and more recently, ‘Live Your Life’.

‘My Lovin’ offers the usual high-energy, funk-laden groove that has become synonymous with Milk & Sugar. A steady house rhythm leads the song, backed by joyous piano chords and summery synths, laying down the perfect foundation for the soulful, glossy vocals from Barbara Tucker.

First up on the remix duty is Mat.Joe, whose recent release was the Beatport chart busting track, ‘Make A Living.’ The duo continue on their fine form with ‘My Lovin’, offering up a slow-burning, stripped down version of the track.

Second remix comes from Oliver Dollar, who made a name for himself internationally following his recent Defected release ‘Pushing On’, the anthem of Ibiza 2015. 

‘My Lovin’ is available exclusively via Beatport on April 8th 2016, with the two remixes to be released on May 6th.

A leading light at the forefront of the new wave of British house music, northern star Richy Ahmed returns to his home label Hot Creations with a monumental two-track release entitled ‘So Good’.

Richy Ahmed has been riding at breaking speed since his debut EP ‘The Drums’ dropped on Hot Creations in 2013, crowned as Pete Tong’s ‘Essential New Tune’ and receiving a wealth of support worldwide. The following year he followed up with his ‘Sneaky Acid’ EP as the 50th release on Hot Creations and made his Radio 1 ‘Essential Mix’ debut. Since then he has spread his wings producing releases for the likes of Circus and Strictly Rhythm and remixes for Hotflush, Suara and Truesoul to name a few. The talented producer is now back on Hot Creations and about to drop one of his best to date.

His first release for 2016, it features two house jams both with a different style. 'So Good' is a perfect summer groover and. 'Ruff N Raw', as the name describes, is quite a tough house banger. Both have been causing serious damage!
Aside from producing, Richy is an integral member of the Hot Creations crew, acting as both A&R and being one of the main residents and curators of the line ups for Paradise at DC10. He also enjoys an extensive touring schedule playing all over the world at hotspots such as Panorama Bar and fabric. Now in 2016, there are no signs of slowing down with the launch of his 'FourThirtyTwo' branded parties that see him playing all night to small intimate crowds. Richy also plans to launch his record label later in the year under the same brand.
