Frozen Inferno is the platform single-player creepypasta spinoff to the original video game series created and published by Nintendo, Ice Climber, released on December 17, 2023 by WhiteVoid. It retains most of its features from the NES arcade game, albeit with new various cutscenes and more darker horror elements than its predecessor and its remastered expansion, Ice Climber Plus. 

The game's timeline can vary between 5-10 minutes depending on the player's skill.

This game focuses on the tragic story where Nana accidentally shoved Popo off from a long mountain, intended as a means to prevent him from outpacing her, causing the former to suffer from severe "post-traumatic stress disorder," being haunted with hallucinations by eternal nightmares from the retained memory of the tragedy. To make this come to an official end and prevent herself from losing sanity, Nana proceeds to scale the same mountain where Popo's death partook in, for justice to seek convalescence through the consequences of her grievous actions, but Popo's enraged spirit slaughters and traps her in an endless loop of climbing an infernal mountain, taunting her that he and Nana will "have so much fun together, forever and ever."
