In this sweet episode I share some practical tips for setting up your sacred space and altars. There are 4 components that I like to explore in my personal engagement and curating of my sacred spaces. I have found that in my personal life, these components have also allowed me to more consciously engage and take care of the most important altar/sacred space that I have access to, which happens to be this amazing body that my Soul is currently in.  The conscious practice of tending to altars and scared spaces around you, is a beautiful practice that helps ones develop a skillset for their own self-care and healing.

This episode is a gentle reminder to all of the caregivers and parents of tiny humans. Parenting and tending to young humans is deep, rewarding and potent work. As we are in the process of tending to them, it is vital that we remember that we are of the greatest service, when we are in remembrance and honoring of our own Soul's inner-work and actively doing that work in their presence. As we navigate our own inner landscapes in our parenting endeavors, we are also providing a framework for the children that we tend to as they embark on their own inner work. Often times there are fears but there is also stillness beneath the surface of our fears. Stillness that holds expansion and growth and invites us to dive a bit deeper into our own inner work.

Prayers that this message finds you all nourished and well as we continue to head towards the winter months here in the United States. In my own personal work of offering up prayers and light for those that are suffering, I received a beautiful teaching around suffering that I wanted to share in this episode. 

Many times we go out in the world offering light, love, service, charity and compassion for those that are suffering and yet, we fail to offer these things up to the parts of us that suffer. Often times we fail to even acknowledge the ways in which we suffer. As a means of deepening our service and charity work in the world, we must come into a conscious relationship with the ways that we suffer so that we can illuminate our suffering and offer it up for transformation. 

Tapping into the energies of the natural world around us is especially potent as we move towards winter. Taking a cue from nature, we can begin to turn our attention and energies inward so that we can navigate our inner landscapes with a sense of resourcing and connection to the seasons.

May we all navigate this fall and winter’s inner soul work with resourcing and buoyancy. May we all come into more conscious relationships to the ways in which we suffer so that we may offer up our suffering with great clarity, understanding and openness.

Happy 2019! I hope that the start of the year has been steady and easeful.

This fall and winter I have been making a deep study of what it means to live from the depths of my Inner Spaciousness. Within this study I have been holding the intention and heart felt desire to live and move more fully from a space that is even more deeply resourced by Spirit, my well ancestors and the powers that back my life.

During this potent work I was gifted the teaching of the potency of holding the intention to live from this space. And furthermore, that the claiming and clearing out of this space is a part of our journey so that we may more fully embody our unique destiny's. 

In this new year I extend the invitation for you make a study of how to access your inner spaciousness, how to clear it of lived and ancestral trauma and create a practice of keeping it clear.  There are many paths for accessing and clearing ones inner space and it is truly the gift of this life to choose a path/paths and or co-create your own.
