Pagten - Mando Drill Remix

GFD is Greenland,  the Faroe Islands and Denmark. We’re doing the first ever writing camp, album project and tour between these three countries of the North Atlantic - in their native tongues. This has never been done before. The idea is to shine a light on all the amazing local talent there is in the urban, hiphop, R&B and electronic music scene of Greenland, the Faroe Islands and Denmark, that most people have never even heard about. 

We put together young, upcoming producers, rappers and singers from the three countries for a five day writing camp in October 2019, which resulted in a finished album, released November 13th 2020. The album is the epitome of a melting pot via music and lyrics and has a fresh sound of 2020’s youth. 

We’re going on tour in the spring of 2021, where we hit all three countries (and potentially more) and spread the waves of the music. 

Everything will be documented and our goal is to have you, the listeners and followers, be a part of the project and a growing online community. This isn’t just an album - it’s the first step in integrating all the cultures and melting together the North Atlantic.
