Men come in to lead and women follow. It's funny because women typically want a man like that but at the same they act like they don't want a man like that because others might say.

   Here's the thing: any woman will describe the man that they need, what every woman wants but they think that they're going to go into religion with a man that's better than them in every single metric and it's going to be an equal partnership or 50-50. It doesn't work that way there's always a leader there's always a decider and for it to work the man's got to be in the leadership role never the woman. Women can't lead anything here because it creates too much pressure as a man. Then if you woman wants to be like this Macho Man don't you think that's going to cause a lot of strain on a relationship?

People in relationships often have strong expectations that their partner will be just like they are: exhibit the same attitudes, values,  perceptions and behaviors.  However, we know that you will not change your partner’s attitudes and behaviors unless they themselves are motivated to do so.  You are even less likely to change their basic gender characteristics.  So it is very important to educate yourself as to the basic gender differences which exist between men and women, and accept the fact that the differences are there, they are real, and they are not going away.  In this way you can learn to use the differences as a way to enrich your relationship rather than to damage it. There are unique differences between the sexes that should be affirmed and celebrated. At the same time, I don't know exactly how to respond when friends on the other side of this issue challenge me to identify and describe them. 

   Why do women remember everything? Women have a larger hippocampus. This is where we store memories. This is why women can recall every single word of an argument 5 years ago. Women feel, while men use logic. Men take a more fact-based approach to their environment, often scanning for threats and challenges. Women tend to take a more intuitive approach because they perceive people and events more deeply and with greater memory capacity. We solve differently. Men tend to converge in their thinking. They define and clarify the problem and begin by eliminating and isolating issues. Women will often define the problem in broader terms and allow a wider array of potential factors before going into solution mode. This is why women want to talk out problems and men want to dive right into solving them. Men and women in conflict. Men tend to depersonalize and externalize issues or problems giving them time to think through solutions, often in solitude. Women tend to personalize and are more inclined to want to talk through the issue to reach understanding. Men’s brains gravitate towards facts and logic, while women’s brains are geared towards intuition and emotion.

So you got to try to de-train those bad behaviors out of that woman and make her an asset into your life versus liability. Most men don't understand their value. They bring her into their life which leads to giving her everything she hasn't earned, which means a woman doesn't respect those men and she will walk all over him. She will start digging the relationship.

   In terms of biology women are hardwired to extract resources for men. It's been that way since the beginning of time. Biology rules everything men could sit there and say oh but I'm doing this and my truth but biology rules you. There's one truth: there's no such thing as my true typical female. The majority of women come in to meet the man, what can she get from this man and if she goes out with him on a dinner date. The man could pay but she might never have sex with him. Or another man if he is hot then she might have sex with him and hang out with this man because he has some utility. The man's job is to make sure to be the top guy and he has to get the main role where he is not investing too much and the woman is investing more in the man. Women respect men that they invest more than him where the woman has to like the guy more than she likes him. The reason is because women want a man who is better than them. Women only respect men that they chase; it doesn't work the other way around. We can say that women are changing whatever but we're all slaves to our biology.

Children should not be taught to memorize pieces of information and at no stage should children sit formal or national exams. 'What you learn without joy, you forget without grief' is an old Finnish saying.

There should be relatively low amount of homework. Homework should be seen more as a recap of what has been learned in the class but it is not supposed and should take a hours of time at home.
