Back in 2013 there was this Fanmade UTAU VB of Hibiki Lui made by the Hispanic fandom. I remember it got a little of attention when first released, but naturally was forgotten by the fandom at some days. So, I recalled this VB while working on the Suzune Ring cover and thought to would be so cute to fix his oto and make covers with him :D

The biggest problem of this VB is that the samples are cut so badly and some consonants doesn't sound as they should. Plus the inexperience of the voicer at singing. Other than that, I like the timbre and the quality of the microphone.
