German producer Niklas Grosswald returns to us once more, this time through our deep division, PHW Elements with a production taking us to the capital of Sweden, “Stockholm”.

With a bouncing melodic line built together with warm bass sounds and simple but yet effective percussion, he once more showcase his talents behind the DAW. We feel in love with the melodic hook on this one, and have never stopped. We do feel you will have some tasty material to open up with here, as niklas takes us on a fairly laid back ride here, building the excitement up.

On remix duty, you are to get 3 great names in the business with having the always great Shane Robinson putting his amazing textures on right from the start. With a deep underground interpretation created here, working around the vocal add from the original, he for sure takes the track deep down into the dark basement. It’s fresh, forward thinking and overall just great pleasure listening to it, he strikes again.

The 2nd remix comes from the rising talent hailing from Poland, Andromedha who brings on his fresh vibes to give the release another direction. With his crystal clear sound design, off beat kicks and an overall great atmosphere, he most definitely gives it another dimension this time. It’s upbeat, uplifting and very summer-ish.

The 3rd and final remix comes from the Italy bound producer Horizons who put the original ideas in a blend mix between the dark side of progressive and the more mystic with floating pads, throbbing kicks and the original melody kept to still sense the original, but in a completely different shape still. We totally love the variety of the track, and couldn’t be happier than we are to hand it over to you.

Niklas Grosswald - Stockholm (Andromedha Remix) [PHW Elements]

Monoverse is back with more forward thinking beat crafting, lush pad selection and killer melodies to die for with his next E.P entitled ‘Kheira E.P’.

We begin with the lush sounds of ‘Kheira’ and that infectious groove will instantly grab your attention. Monoverse’s attention to detail shines throughout the mix from the warm pad selection, to the emotive chords and euphoric energy. 

Turning up the wick on the remix front is Max Braiman who drops an essential alterative, with a dark build and throbbing percussion yet thrusting that divine hook to the forefront of the mix for maximum impact. Finally on remix duty we have Mike Squillo joining forces with Mir Omar for yet another uplifting journey which takes the original to another level.

Wrapping up the E.P in style we have another original from Monoverse, courtesy of ‘Fraction’, which is a groove fuelled beast with its dirty, gritty bass, Ibizian inspired piano chords and huge hands in the air appeal.

Mesmer Sample

I wrote most of this piece on a plane flight from Australia to the US. My kick ass mate Justin added some nice acoustic guitar too! I'm not sure exactly how to say in words what I wanted to show you through music. It's meant to portray themes of mystery, deception, deceit, slyness and broken love. When I wrote this song I had just watched a film called 'American Beauty'. The whole concept of a 'normal' family being all kinds of messed up really captured my attention. I imagined all the incredibly dark and sneaky things that perceptively normal people might do when the sun goes down. Everyone has a secret, some secrets darker than others. So all in all, this song is a story of those secrets.
