Inspirations/ ideas/ thoughts for single

“cries of the unheard” - centering vo ices of the unheard in the waking life and in the spirit realm. what does it mean to fight for freedom, what does it mean to fight for what you believe in. how do you honor yourself in real time, and how does that play a role in ways that you are healing through generations of your people. your ancestors. how can we do us justice, and do we recognize the spells and binds those break in doing so? the liberation in speaking up even when it feels scary. the act of advocating for yourself often times ripples into multiple directions in a multitude of ways. speaking up is powerful. my relationship to speaking up is practicing self advocacy and honoring. not allowing the penetrative spear of shame and being silenced. justice for me, for my ancestors who fought so hard, my alien angels working to guide me towards self and collective healing. self healing echoes into the collective. standing up for whats right. standing in your power when people don’t see you. merely a ghost to some. but somekind of nonconforming maverick hero  to others that help them know they can do the same and have that power to create change for themselves and the world around them. this goes for my relationships, systems of complacency, and true desires. fuckng free Palestine. this is a message and letter to self and to those (especially BIQTPOC people) who are finding their voices in a world of confusion and illusion. speak your truth. never back down from a system intended to break you, your spirit, and your people down. power to the people forever. I will never stop advocating for me and my people. I will protect my inner child/teenager/ present self at all costs. No one has the right to take my Love away from me. this is also for those who have lost their lives speaking up. heroes to some, simply a shadow to others. i see you. i hear the cries of the unheard. living and passed on. “Earth Shaker” - creative healing spaces as a revolutionary political act

I made this back in July- released SEPT 7th 2019 after @_mysticforce's latest event, CONSPIRARE. RIP MAC MILLER RIP DARELL RICHARDS this mix is for y'all too. They both passed in September of 2018 it was a dark time for me in general. 
Dropped some of it live on Sept 6th (CONSPIRARE), and at the Possum Palace. This mix is for the people born and thriving in the month of July [CANCERS x LEOS)- the mix is also for the rapid rigid changes and vulnerable experiences we are enduring. A fat shoutout to my Cancers and my Leos lets go and my ~Leo Venus'~ hay. lol I love our month it has people shook but it could be for all the right reasons. Spooky Szn in July. This was one of the most concentrated and consistent I have been with a mix/ project yet (I would generally free style then put it out after like 2/3 tries). I've been practicing everyday for about two weeks. Working on this for about 2 months in total. I am still learning to improve my skills, but I am proud of this mix. I'd like to think I worked hard on it! 

Some of these sounds reflect my personality/ how I've been feeling/ or I just like the song (lol).
***#13 does not reflect how I view anyone at all- I just liked the sound. acknowledging its lyrically problematic (future 2 ig)! I kind of drowned out the lyrics. lol. This is a mastered mix from what I wanted to originally present on KXSF radio live stream with WeAreTheOnesWeveBeenWaitingFor Collective. Thank y'all so much again for having me and giving me the opportunity to speak on my Thesis Project (revolving around healing modes in QTBIPOC communities) n spinning:) 
I stand with this collective in their efforts to cmbat our broken system by supporting one another (QT/BIPOC members) via creative resistance (story telling/ relief funds/self expressive ARTS/ etc) we cannot and will not be stopped, ever. This is an intensely personal and private journey, and I am working in isolation to make it happen. I have identified what I misut relaase to embrace a new way of thinking and now I am bringing i to fruition in my personal life. I am connecting to those who make me feel good. Now is a point where I am aligning myself to make myself feel good from the core.  I am realizing the full implications of the past, and you appreciate the lessons learned from the experience. I'm able to recognize the value of the painful experience in the broader scheme of things. I am working to focus my attention on my innermost feelings. the ones ive been putting off to the side while accomplishing so much in the external wurld.... I am discovering the emotions stored in my subconscious mind and how these emotions affect me. Through this work, I'm gaining a stronger sense of control over my emotional well-being so that my feelings don’t steer me away from living my best fucking life(!)
