Written for Cascadian Yule performance in 2019 involving four percussionists and three masks. Seek the Light is a performance project  involving music, movement, narration, costume, drugs, and anything else laying around that looks conducive to an altered state, that has typically occurred 1.25 times a year, most often around winter solstice, for the last ten years or so.

"Whose are these bones strewn about you, old man? They are brittle from thirst, like dead thistles crumbling in the dry hills, the ground having long since drank the water from them."

A short story read by the author, augmented with the sounds of crumbling dead leaves, bone scraping on bone, harmonium, analog synthesizer, and running water.
