A collection of tunes for those dark spaces and dark nights that evolve and dissipate into the after hours & the late lingering that leads up to sunrise. I decided to make this set to echo monsoon '23 in Mumbai, and the mood and vibe and flow that was something different from the mixes I've been making & the peaceful mixes I usually end up spinning and posting. It wasn't the heaviest monsoon this year, a season I like a lot, but it was a period where I decided to take a break from producing and composing; it almost felt like a part of me went missing for a month and a half but I needed a bit of a break, to get some perspective, start afresh, celebrate my birthday and just recharge, rest and reset. But this one's got enough bite and groove that slowly progresses & shifts into different sounds with a darker mood that is a bit contemplative & for those moonlit nights under the constellations staring into the vastness of space but with enough movement to keep your head nodding. Sundown Downtempo Mix

I've been digging my crate for old mixes this past month and I uncovered an old mix I made four years ago in 2016 for New Year's Eve that year. With a few tweaks, editing the mix to keep it under 1hr 30 mins is this little beaut of a set called 'Ghost Hotel' which consists of songs which were playing on my stereo system in my bedroom studio back in 2016. I have a wide range of musical influences and this mix does justice to my varied influences spanning multiple genres. It's one to sit back and groove to featuring artists such as Radiohead, Massive Attack, Portishead, The Doors, Neil Young, Porcupine Tree, Tool, Tame Impala, Gorillaz & Bonobo to name a few.
