Two Personages

With little fanfare, the quartet took the stage and slipped into a spacey groove and the chilly night air was quickly enveloped with a tripped-out, jazzy vibe that is unfortunately all-too-rare in this neck of the woods. The four musician's, bathed in a frequently spectacular light show, were playing about a hundred yards down the hill from where we sat. They began to converse amongst themselves without saying a word and siren-like trumpet pierced the night. I found myself thinking about seventies' era Mile's Davis, realizing that something special was about to transpire in the cold Kentucky night.

prolific and cutting edge corners of the world to create a sound both novel and
captivating.

Their sophomore album "Harbours" was recorded in the French countryside, in a
castle on the banks of La Seine. When it was released in Sweden last October,
the press used words such as "ingenious" and "masterpiece" to describe it.
