Today we've got a fresh new track from Ghstalt and invention_, titled "Réunion". The two producers studied music at the same time in University a few years back. After recently reuniting, they decided to work on some music together, and "Réunion" is what resulted. They both share many similar influences, with each independently helping to sculpt the track. The overarching themes the artists sought to evoke with of this piece are the ocean and sea birds, and as you listen, lush chords punctuated by crisp drums make you feel like you are gliding over the ocean, riding the warm air currents into the sun.

Pioneer of the Lofi hip hop new wave, Japanese beatmaker Lidly brought us a fresh new track today. Titled "Hakanaki" which translates as Ephemeral in a poetic way. The song is about a short lived and fragile existence. With an abstract hip hop vibe and typical Japanese lofi style. Lidly delivers as usual a unique piece of music and brings us back to a different era for a short moment. This song will make you wanna go back in your collection and listen to 2010's abstract & lofi hip hop. Well at least if you are into that sort of thing ;)
