Meditation is a track which utilizes the sounds of dub elements over a trap beat. This unique fusion creates a smooth sound which creates an ambient listening experience with layers of sounds similar to, but a more modern sound experience of reggae-dub style using styles from Hip-Hop and Rap. The lyrics express the feeling of being under the high of THC found in marijuana , express various ways in which we use it in our country in the music industry and even in the mental help in which it helps the artiste which suffers from severe depression. Meditation is  a practice in which one clears the mind and a substance used by many in Jamaicans mostly the Rastafarian community in which I have a strong bond with.
