West London's Rockin Moroccin makes his debut on Get Physical with the percussive deep house of ' You Got the Love.'

Growing up in London meant Rockin Moroccin was always surrounded by music. He soon started working at the drum & bass record store Lucky Spin while playing house parties and showcasing his early love of 80's electro. Over the last 15 years in the game, he's played all over Europe and made a big mark on Ibiza playing at HEART as well as Amnesia's Vagabundos night. His music is aimed at the dance floor and draws on new disco, melodic, tribal and percussive styles.

This new single is defined by its superb vocal, a classic house music top line that takes on an all-new soul perspective here. It is a silky smooth affair with an almost choral edge. The drums are warm and the percussion organic and bubbly, with sombre piano chords draped over the groove to help make this one a truly tender tune.

Rockin Moroccin will have dance floors with their hands in the air and tears in their eyes when he drops this one.

Italian duo Dirty Channels make their Glitterbox debut following several standout DJ sets playing for the party, and the disco house track 'Make You Cry' aligns perfectly with the label's catalogue of dancefloor gems. The pair, comprised of Take It Easy label residents Davide Le Merlus and Simone Giudici, utilise classic production techniques to great effect and this release is no exception. Short, sampled loops are manipulated with ease, generating energy as a sidechained 4x4 kick transports you to an Italian all-night disco.

I was scrolling through youtube when i came across Mitch Saunders he just released his latest single Emotion Kicks, i quite liked the song and played it a bunch in the car on the way to work then thought it would be fun to remix it. after the first remix (remix 1) i still have ideas for what i could do and decided to run with making more remixes of the song (remix 2 and 3), also remixing another song of his Heroes Wall which is my personal Fav.

Gianni Romano is one of the most influential figures in the international music scene—an artist who has successfully combined passion, innovation, and a remarkable ability to adapt to the rapid changes in electronic music. As the founder of Daddy’s Groove and the mastermind behind the Switch project, he has played a pivotal role in the global rise of Afro House, a sound that, thanks to his relentless dedication, has become a worldwide phenomenon.

The Switch project was born in 2014 in Naples, immediately showcasing Gianni Romano’s unique vision. Ten years later, in 2024, Gianni celebrated the project’s anniversary with exclusive events in Ibiza, Beirut, Paris, Istanbul, Milan, and Dubai, further solidifying the global success of this brand that continues to shape the evolution of Afro House worldwide.

Gianni’s contribution to electronic music has been crucial. His 2021 hit “It’s Not Right” achieved massive success, earning three platinum records and two gold records, surpassing 100 million streams. The track was widely supported by music legends such as Black Coffee, Diplo, Vintage Culture, and David Guetta, further cementing his place on the global scene. “It’s Not Right” has been played by virtually every DJ in the world and continues to echo through dance floors today.

His collaborations with international superstars are numerous, ranging from David Guetta, with whom he has shared the stage multiple times, to Axwell and Benny Benassi. Gianni is also known for his official remixes of iconic artists like Cerrone and Whitney Houston, bringing his unique style to legendary tracks. The next chapter of his career comes with the highly anticipated “Water” EP, scheduled for January 17, 2025. This EP is the result of a collaboration with Emanuele Esposito, Aüra, and Trick Beat, and will also feature remixes from some of the most respected names in the scene, such as Bun Xapa, Ziddo, Rockin, Moroccin, and Atsou. With this new work, Gianni Romano continues to explore underground sounds, digging even deeper into the essence of Afro House, moving away from fleeting trends and taking his musical vision to a purer, more distinctive level.

The album will include remixes of his most iconic tracks, including a revamped version of “It’s Not Right” by &Friends, following the remix by Moojo, breathing new life into a track that defined an era. The release of this album will be a defining moment in his career—an opportunity to celebrate an artistic journey that has left an indelible mark on high-quality electronic music.

Gianni Romano is also known by his alias, MHE, a name he has adopted to explore new sounds and projects that differ from his main path while still reflecting his unique and innovative style.
