This week we are joined by Jennifer Cronin, a visual artist with quite a few years under her belt. We discuss her gallery show from earlier this year and the importance of an artist staying connected to their subjects. An incredibly enlightening session.

Eric was a guy that always felt wise beyond his years. Almost as though he'd been let onto a secret that hadn't been shared with me. He was strong-willed and self-affirmed, not someone whose presence could be missed, most especially because of his freakish height.

The deep voice emanating from that wiry guy always talked ideas. Thoughts of how things in the world worked and how they could be adjusted. Systems. I talked plans. And we would talk. Late into the night, we'd have discussions about politics, life in Chicago, friends and the things they were doing. But it always came back to ideas. Mindsets. Ways of being. 

They say the brightest minds discuss ideas.

They’re right.

I'll never be able to listen to crust punk without thinking of my good friend. Certain rap albums.now hold special memories for me. There's a type of.bicycle frame that, whenever I see it, I'm going to get a little choked up. It can't be helped. He was a man that left an imprint. I'll miss him everyday.
