German producer and live act Nils Hoffmann shares his ‘A Radiant Sign’ (Remixed) package, featuring 3 new remixes from Swedish producer Jeremy Olander, Oregon-based electronic act Emancipator and multi-instrumentalist and producer OLAN.

Hailed as a key figure in the melodic house & techno scene, Jeremy has released on Bedrock, Last Night On Earth, Watergate Records and his own imprint Vivrant. Utilising Panama’s dreamy vocals, Jeremy adds percussive-laden grooves with an evolving lead in his latest rework. Jeremy’s latest showcases why he’s garnered support from John Digweed, Hernan Cattaneo, Kollektiv Turmstrasse, Kevin De Vries and more.

A veteran in the electronic scene, Emancipator released his debut album in 2006 and has since gone on to release a further 7 albums, amassing over 200m streams across his catalogue. Stamping his mark on ‘9 Days’, Emancipator adds acoustic instrumentation along with electronic elements and Julia’s stunning vocals.

Closing off the remix package is OLAN. Having debuted on Anjunadeep with her downtempo track 'Push', OLAN went on to release her album ‘Contra’ on the label which gained praises from DJ Mag and Beatport. Leading with a bouncing synth lead and TENDER’s warm vocals, OLAN demonstrates her outstanding production techniques that have seen her gain support on KCRW, KEXP and SiriusXM.

To date, ‘A Radiant Sign’ has amassed over 15m streams and gained an impressive list of radio support including BBC Radio 1, SiriusXM Chill and KCRW. The album reached #1 on iTunes Dance in the USA and was championed by the likes of Maceo Plex, Joris Voorn, Eelke Kleijn and more.

While Ursula – Philly poet who has been sought out by The Roots, Louie Vega, Hans Bieger, Ron Trent, Josh Wink and more. A dream pairing in our heads that became a dream collaboration on our label. We knew they would produce a stone cold classic.

The original version appeared on our Decade 5 birthday EP and elicited stunning reactions…so it only seemed fitting to kick off 2024 with a full release.

On remix duties, mighty German duo Clavis, another team who have been on the Seladorian wish list for aeons…and who come up trumps with a mesmeric re-rub utilising Ursula’s full vocal over their trademark sound. Very early support from Laurent Garnier, John Digweed, Danny Howells and Jimpster for this remix.

Meanwhile, over the years all of the many Charles-produced vocal gems have had a peerless accompanying dub. It would be churlish to break that wonderful habit. Oh, and the acapella too.. bonus!

Back in June, John Digweed and Bedrock announced the “Structures" DJ Mix Competition; you mixed, and they listened—"they" being an all-star jury comprised of Oliver Lieb, Nick Muir, King Unique, Robert Babicz, and Digweed himself. 

The third-place prize goes to London’s Gillactico, who also takes home Ableton Live Intro plus limited-edition Bedrock merchandise, exclusive promo content and a Beatport gift card. Gillactico’s mix "received great feedback and comments from the judges,” says Digweed. “Another solid mix that builds well over 30 minutes and keeps you interested from start to finish."

Today Maribou State announce 'Nervous Tics (DJ Tennis Remix)’ - the latest in a series of remixes to come from their new album “Kingdoms In Colour”, released on 7th September on Counter Records. Following a recent remix from Maceo Plex, and ahead of a forthcoming remix from Adesse Versions, DJ Tennis (founder of the Life and Death record label) takes on album highlight ‘Nervous Tics’ featuring Holly Walker on vocals with his classic touch, preserving the warmth and fragility of the original but rebuilds the track on a sleek, muscular 4/4 foundation.

As well as their upcoming Roundhouse live-show the newly formed five piece have now sold out all of their upcoming dates in 2018, and recently announced a headline show at London’s Brixton Academy on 7th March 2019 which sold over 60% of tickets in one week, as well as their first live tour of the US and further EU tour dates in 2019.

"Kingdoms In Colour” is Maribou State’s first full-length since 2015’s breakthrough debut album “Portraits”. The record entered the UK album charts at #25 and features singles ‘Feel Good’ - a collaboration born of their friendship with Houston-based trio Khruangbin; ‘Turnmills’ - aimed at raising awareness for the The Night Time Industries Association's #SaveNightlife campaign to protect the UK’s most vulnerable music venues from closure; and continues their long standing relationship with Holly Walker (vocalist on fan favourites ‘Steal’ and ‘Midas’) on ’Nervous Tics’ which is currently on the 6 Music A list.

Beginning life in 2011 as a project between Chris Davids and Liam Ivory, Maribou State had released a string of EP’s and singles before the arrival of debut album “Portraits” propelled them to the world stage. Spawning a live show that took them around the globe and included standout festival performances at Glastonbury, Bestival, a headline slot at Sonar by Day and Secret Garden Party; a 32-date European tour plus dates throughout Asia, Australia and America. They received radio support from the likes of Annie Mac, Zane Lowe and Gilles Peterson, multiple additions to the BBC 6 Music A-list, a 5-show BBC Radio 1 Residency, a slot on the legendary BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix and performed a session Live from Maida Vale.
