On a musical journey since 1995 constantly looking to move forward, I decided to dive into the world of unexplained events.
As a child and young man I watched every episode of X-Files, The Outer Limits and other similar tv shows.
Growing up in Sweden in the 80's and 90's en route towards the millennium, times were uncertain. Chernobyl, the murder of prime minister Olof Palme, the cold war, the fall of the Soviet Union, and numerous other events made the world feel unsafe and uncertain. It was like the tag line of X-Files, Trust No One.
So many events were part of an outspoken or hidden agenda. And many events were left classified, covered up, largely unexplained, or at best insufficiently explained.
With this in mind I decided to take a step back to an unexplained event that took place 1 year before I was born: the incident in Nammajaure in northern Sweden in 1980. And a person who has dedicated his life to investigating the unexplained (including Nammajaure) in search of the truth - Clas Svahn.
So I am happy to hereby present: Nammajaure featuring a rundown of the event by Clas Svahn and art by Karl Nättorp.
