Long before the Skipið siglir song or album there had been discussions about making a marine song with a simple refrain suited for a drunk-like choir. This is the first attempt at lyrics, which RusicRemix picked up and made into a seperate song. However, this stays in the realm of remixes as it carries some of the emotional content and purpose that eventually went into the actual Skipið siglir. Therefore it doesn´t matter that these lyrics were made before the final version, it´s like a doubly inverse-reversed temporal remix.

When you try to do reggae songs in 7/4 signature you usually wind up with something altogether different. This was started in 2008, playing with a casio keyboard, when i came across it again i had to finish it. Hope you like it.
