Originally from Nantes, Luo Gouverneur draws his first inspirations from the Brazilian percussion of the Northeast. Driven by a burning passion for groove, he leaves the banks of the Loire to join the Parisian scene, where he becomes part of Dure Vie. Crisscrossing record stores around the world, from New York to Amsterdam, via Rio and London, he unveils his first sets at La Machine du Moulin Rouge, Le Lieu Unique, as well as on the airwaves of Rinse, GIMIC Radio, and Na Manteiga. His nuanced and ever-evolving universe oscillates between ambient, breaks, house, tribal, progressive, deep/dub techno...He signs our 256th mix.
