Spring Part 3

Back to my roots with this one, hence the title.

The intro/outro melody of the piece was one of the first things I wrote when I started to teach myself guitar more years ago than I care to remember.  I recorded a demo of the track in the 90’s on my Fostex X15 four track cassette recorder but recently decided to record a new version with the aid of digital recording technology; this is the result.

I love Spanish guitar and this is totally out of my league but started off with a slow Flamenco style track to get a feel for it just to try....I'm wrestling with myself trying to stay away from the blues in this one and learn all these outside the box notes?? Anyway this is how far I made it after 3 days of playing the same track over and over to get the feel...speed will come in time if I keep playing it but a lot easier to listen to artist that no what there doing for SURE!!!!! :D

Perfection is not a easy task....always on the hunt for the moon!!! :D

There's a particular vocalist on here and we have talked about doing a collab a few time's but she is 99% Jazz so if you can't beat them join them so this is what I had in mind but if the backtrack dosen't work for her I had fun regardless experimenting!!! :-)))) Some of you will figure it out....the rest.....you may find out??? hehehe!!!! :p Guitar will be redone obviously....practice jam!!!

Mood Exhibit- Mystique Charmers

Here's a happy, uplifting track I made with the wonderful Restless Natives collective that was picked up by BBC introducing!  We wanted to create a track about the recent voyage taken by the Cassini probe and its final descent into Saturn's rings. So much was learnt from its images in its near 20 year journey though our solar system and I'd like to dedicate this song to the Cassini team at NASA (just in case they listen on Soundcloud, lol).
