I realized I was so far away from reality and always in my mind as result of trying to escape from feelings I could not pinpoint and it was draining trying to understand them so i just kind of disconnected from the real world and remained in my head.

Another Freestyle hehe at this point i was aware of how much i was in my head and it began to low-key drive me crazy, i was overthinking myself into an oblivion. It's crazy how powerful our minds are. This song helped me to get some weight off my chest. It brought me so much peace and I hope it does the same for you.

This was one of the heaviest songs i've ever written. I was in the darkest place. I wrote it right after i cried the hardest cry on the phone to one of my very good friends I love her so much. I heard this voice tell me to cry out through song so this song came to be.

I put this song on here to add a little something lol it's about my love/hate relationship with my music/ how i create and how i seek validation from everyone else other than myself.
