The Menagerie 2022 Block Party @ The Midway - GINGERKAT Mix

Music heals like nothing else. I find such comfort and love within the mix. This one took over a month to get right and it feels like each track represents a leg of my recovery from a terrible bicycle accident. It also technically pushed me out of my comfort zone as I begin it with pop at 90bpm and slowly build to beautifully deep house, ending at 127bpm. Some mixes are harder than others, just like life. Both this mix and my recovery took a lot of patience, compassion, and perseverance. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

April 2024 - GINGERKAT Mix

Cloud City is a new crew launching a Bay Area Hi-Fi Vibes, Zero Proof party for those interested in something different and pure of sound and heart. I had the privilege of being one of the first chosen to launch this incredible adventure into playing music where the theme is "Play what you aren't able to play out to crowds normally." While I definitely would play some of these tunes out, it's not often I would get to - lots of indie dance and swirling melodies/beats in and out of all dance genres. Hope you enjoy the mix as much I did making it!
