Well I took myself to Bali
For a peaceful getaway
People come to Ubud from all over the world
To Eat, Love and Pray!

You won’t be disappointed
If meat is not your thing
Cos on this tropical isle
You can go vego in style
And live like a Queen or King!

Where there are mangoes galore
Just say “no” to the babi guling 
And "yes" to the Kombucha!

I’ll take the tempeh
With the peanut sauce
And a cleansing coconut water
Eat my fill at the salad bar
Have some raw cheesecake for afters

My skin will soften
And start to glow
Drinking fresh fruit juices
A walk in the rice fields
And a day at the Spa
See the health it all produces!

Full of things to fear

About men's addiction to pornography and idealised notions of womanhood, and how they sabotage amazing relationships with beautiful, real life women. Inspired by a friend's recent story of how her partner gradually withheld all affection and compliments, and expected increasingly impossible erotic feats to feel attracted to her, to the point where  their relationship broke down. Perhaps "leaping out of a cake", if it happens, should be out of a genuine, mutual sense of playfulness and pleasure, not out of pressure to jump though impossible hoops?!
