"Mother Chaos" (sometimes also known as "Floyd's Mom") was an alternative metal band from the steel- and old mining town of Hällefors, Sweden. It was founded in 1997 by Lenny Molander(Bass), Jimmy Hansson(Guitar), Ulf Smedh(Drums) and Giorgio Giusti(Song & Guitar). The band toured in Bergslagen and Närke during the late 90's and played at several legendary scenes of the time such as Nora Stadshotell, Lilla Chicago, Augustibuller (1998, *1999), Flestivalen and other minor venues. They only released one self-titled demo before parting ways: "Mother Chaos"(1999), produced by Stefan Fransson.
