This time Bootsy has teamed up with soul brother Chew Fu who is no stranger to Peppermint Jam as he already had a massive one with his amazing cover of Prince´s „Purple Rain“, sung by legend Steve Clisby, the main man at American Gypsy ( Inside out). The track was a solid favorite of Black Coffee. „Nothing but you" is a proper piece of funk and we just had to spice it up with some of the hottest names around for the remix: Art Of Tones, Cody Currie and Rodney Hunter, nothing more to say! Fun fact: Bootsy and Mousse T. go way back as they worked together on 2 of Bootsies albums in the past, Play with Bootsy and Fresh outta „P“ university. Check out „The mothership“, total bop!
