This is a romantic, nostalgic and hope music written during a cold night of December.

This is my composition for the "Bleeding Fingers Competition". I used trumpet, voice and percussion stems. My aim was to write an original track giving free rein to my creativity and to my inner world. I made this composition building a new harmonic building and mantaining my personality and my vision of music.

I wrote this composition for the ending titles of a musical of wich I wrote and orchestrated the themes. The composition, in fact, sounds as a "Medley" of the principal themes used in the musical, including some Diseny themes orchestrated togheter to my original melodys.

Is just a fairy tale? - E' solo una fiaba? - Musical

The meaning of the title  of this experimental acousmatic piece for Violin Cello and Electronics (tape) is "Obfuscated Connections".

The harmony is strictly atonal but there is frequently a return on a note (G) that gives a sensation of suspended tonality. In the second section of the piece there is a sort of canone or counterpoint that reminds to certain atonal contemporary classical music.

Thanks to Francesco Toro and  Maurizio Sallemi that played respectively violin and cello.

Now the piece is part of "Avantgarde" the album produced by Shine Records that includes also some pieces by Vera Sorrentino.

"Volare" is part of the "Meeting Dehesmael" project: a multi-media concert developed and produced by Shine Records and performed by Shine Orchestra, a twenty elements orchestra created for realize the project.

Meeting Dehesmael is a story of a multidimensional love that survives beyond the limits imposed by space and time: it's a story of love and evolution!

The pieces are neoclassical, orchestral and near to the minimalism of some modern film soundtracks.

This piece of Volare is taken from the recording of the debut of Meeting Dehesmael in Taormina (Sicily) and is performed by Vera Sorrentino (keyboards), Verdiana Pinto (harp), Annamaria Pennisi (soprano), Giulia Milioto and Marianatalia Ruscica (violins), Salvo Nicotra and Teresa Chiara (violas), Pierpaolo Maccarrone and Martina Cutuli (cellos), Antonio Guzzo (Oboe) and directed by Massimo Incarbone.
