Roberto did also cheerful songs: this is one of his most simple and direct ones. The tune is simple, but it may even sound like a 70s peppy folk-rock song with a bit of the ska of "Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da", or more probably like an already listened tune in a Bud Spencer and Terence Hill movie.

The piano and the intimate lyrics make the genre of this “pop song” quite downtempo, perhaps truly between ambient and dream-pop, but they make the song also particularly moving, at least if you appreciate the melancholic melody.
