For our Chapter V, we have invited Anasbri, talented artist based in Turin and originally from France, to open the night before Thoms Traxx and bipolar.

"In the darkness of an empty room, illuminated by a red light, the first sounds begin to warm the walls, and I find myself fully immersed in this introspective journey I always imagined. It feels like an intimate tête-à-tête with music and myself, a precious moment of relaxation that feels like the first time I’ve experienced it, as though I were in my bedroom. The deep bass kicks in, and the beat bounces. This is exactly the kind of atmosphere I love to start the night: an eclectic and colourful tribal ritual blending downtempo, deep techno, and dub, gradually building into frenetic, percussive rhythms and lush, versatile soundscapes, the moment when my heart races and everything speeds up. It feels like my personal metaphor for accepting the need to let fleeting emotions flow through me, making space for new ones to take their place.

I had so much fun and had never before had the chance to experience music transitioning from such a serene atmosphere to the appearance of the first creatures embodying the vibrations of sound. A huge thank you to the wonderful No Man’s Land team for giving me this space to express and share my musical explorations, taking anyone who wishes to join me into a mystical and magical realm."

Big Bad Beat

Born in Varese in 2003, Giuseppe Schembri has shown an innate connection with music since he was young, discovering first House and then Techno. 
He began to get interested in Tribal and Detroit Techno, discovering artists such as Ben Sims, Mark Williams, Paul Mac, Floorplan and DJ Preach. 
Trying to emulate those rhythms, he came into contact with African and South American musical cultures, changing his musical approach for the rest of his life. At 11 he bought his first record and at 15, when he discovered Techno, he started collecting them, later abandoning CDJs in 2023 to dedicate himself exclusively to vinyl sets
